Martha de Lacey, a Margate based writer and sourdough baking teacher, will demonstrate the best technique for cooking homemade pizza in a home oven, as well as how to make irresistile crackers out of leftover southdough starter.  Expect plenty of samples.  Her debut cookbook about all things bread will be out in February.
