Application to Trade

Thanks for your interest in becoming an exhibitor!

We’re excited to welcome a wide range of traders to this year’s event! To keep things fair and diverse, we’ll be limiting the number of pitches per product type, and while we love having returning traders, we also actively look for new faces each year to support local businesses and keep things fresh.

Once you’ve submitted your application, we’ll carefully review it and get back to you by May 5th to let you know if you’ve been selected. We can’t wait to see what you have to offer!

• FSA Inspection report
• Cert of £5m public liability
• Fire Risk Assessment (if cooking)

• Trader supplied gazebo / wheeled unit:
  3x3m, 3x6m or 4.5mx6m pitch sizes
  from £500+ vat

Victoria Parade

• Paved / Approach promenade
• Un-Fenced
• No access to power / portable generators are permissible
• Trader supplied gazebo / wheeled unit
• 3x3m, 3x6m or 3x9m pitch sizes
• from £380 + vat

Terms of application

Successful applicants will be required to pay a sum equal to 50% of pitch fee within 14 days of notification. Pitches will only be confirmed once the deposit is received.

Full payment for the stand, electricity points, and tables must be made by 15th July  2025, unless alternative terms are agreed. Instalment payments are accepted. Pitches unpaid by 30th July 2025 will be reallocated to another exhibitor, without notice.

Refunds for cancellations will be issued as follows:

• More than 8 weeks before the event: Refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
• 6–8 weeks before the event: 50% refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
• Less than 4 weeks before the event: No refund.
