Jake Norman’s career began in a Mexican food market. Having since worked at London institutions such as St Johh, Ottolenghi and Sabor, he now leads the kitchen at the acclaimed Updown Farmhouse in Deal. His food combines influences from Italy, Spain, Mexico and the Middle East. Expect local seafood and produce, made with lots of smoke and spice.
