Ben Wood is the former head chef at Barrafina, where he succesfully retained the restaurant’s Michelin star. Most recently at Twenty Seven Harbour Street, he brings his ingredient led approach to the Kitchen Theatre, preparing lobster over fire and sharing the techniques, skill and bold flavours that define his cooking.
